You also agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information.Price and Delivery The price you will pay for the goods is the price in the e-mail confirmation. Everything except video games will be shipped via FEDEX or UPS and will be charged according to the shipping weight of the product. Processing time for these purchases are usally 2 business days. If the item is on backorder, you will receive a notice about that. All video game purchases are shipped within 1-2 working days upon completion of your order, and by United States Postal Service 1st class or Priority mail. Shipping charges of video games are always FREE for domestic orders You shall be given an estimated time for delivery at the time your order is placed (in most cases 1-2 working days after order confirmation). If the goods are not available for delivery within 30 days of being ordered you shall be entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund of any monies paid. Where goods become available for delivery at different times we reserve the right to deliver them in stages. Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.Your order should arrive within not more than 14 working days of the dispatch date. This maximum delivery period will need to have elapsed before we will consider claims for lost in transit consignments. All orders will be dispatched using padded envelopes to ensure their added protection. We will not be held responsible for damage to goods while in transit. In the unfortunate case that an item appears to have been damaged in the post, a claim must be made with the United States Postal Service. If you decide you do not require the goods, you may return them to us within 21 days from the shipment date provided they are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Software must remain sealed, and hardware must contain all component parts. If any goods are returned damaged we reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with our costs of processing the sale. Pre-orders (where applicable) will be shipped in time for delivery on release day.
